I love these people! I have a small, excitable, skittish, terrier mix who doesn't let people besides my husband and myself touch him. This little guy lets these vets and vet techs do whatever they want. This alone makes them my favorite people! They do a great job for quite a bit less than what you would expect to pay elsewhere. I will not take my pets anywhere else.
The girls were great with my not so great Chihuahuas and the vet spent 30 minutes on the phone with me explaining an issue with one of my dogs and carefully going over my options. I also loved the fact that they split up the vaccines on small dogs into 2 visits, yes it's an extra trip out there but it's much safer for small dogs! I hate vets that do all the vaccines in 1 visit on a 5 pound dog. I would recommend Pet Vet Express and their sister clinic Plum Creek to absolutely anyone looking for a new vet for any reason!
I took my Shih Tzu in for a general exam and heartworm pills. I couldnt go in, but the doctor did call me to update me, and they told me what my bill was so I could authorize the charge, and brought him back to me when they were done. I dont like that you cant be with your pet, but you just have to trust that they are doing what they say they did. My Shih Tzu is happy, so we are happy.
We're not rich, they always tend to take excellent care of our pets at a reasonable price. They never send us away even if we didn't have any money. They take excellent care of all the animals there and they have some of the most beautiful well care for animals I would recommend that if you wanted an animal to go to that Center to get one.
These guys are the best, not only do they take good care of your pets but they take care of the parents as well. Love all you guys. Keep up the good work.
It was a great experience. I had two dogs that needed shots and nails clipped. It was reasonably priced and quick service. As soon as they took my dog into to the clinic they were out in 5 min. Definitely will continue to use them as their vet.
Affordable. No appointments neccessary and pretty nice vets. Not a whole lot of unnecessary testing for things you know your pet doesn't have which I appreciate.
I take both my dogs here and they are treated great. The prices are very reasonable. Overall great experience.
